Allegro Pianos is the exclusive Estonia Piano dealer in the NYC metro area.

During much of the past year, a non-authorized Estonia Pianos dealership, which the Estonia Piano factory informs us has been cancelled since the end of 2010, has been advertising on its website that it has a 'new' Estonia piano for sale.

This single instrument (serial number 6316) was made in 2005, and is substantially different from current production Estonia Pianos in terms of its soundboard construction, action and case.

We believe that this website advertisement is misleading to consumers who may get the impression that this instrument is the same as a new current production Estonia piano that they are purchasing through the exclusive authorized dealer in the area, Allegro Pianos.

In addition, an advertisement on the non-authorized dealer's website claimed that this Estonia 190 piano carries the manufacturer's warranty.

However, Estonia pianos warranties (as indicated on the Estonia Pianos company website) are valid only when sold through a network of authorized dealers.

The Estonia Piano's warranty states that it will not apply if the piano is repaired or tuned by a person not authorized by the Estonia piano dealer.

Allegro Pianos, as the exclusive authorized dealer in the NYC metro area, does not authorize and will not authorize any person or company (other than Allegro Pianos) to tune or repair this piano.
